   Resilient Fortitude Life Coaching provides personal development coaching. We are not licensed therapists or medical professionals. Our services are not a substitute for mental health care.

2. Client Responsibilities
   You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after coaching. Results are based on individual effort and are not guaranteed.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy
   Client information is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law. Coaching services are not covered by HIPAA, but similar standards apply.

4. Intellectual Property
   All website and coaching content is owned by Resilient Fortitude Life Coaching and may not be reused without permission.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
   All payments are non-refundable. 24-hour notice is required to reschedule sessions. Missed sessions may be forfeited.

6. User Conduct
   Clients must engage respectfully. Misuse or harassment may result in immediate termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability
   By using this website and coaching services, you agree to hold Resilient Fortitude harmless from all claims or damages.

8. Governing Law
   This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. All legal matters must be filed in Fulton County, GA.
